Refund policy

Since most pieces are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns. However, we will happily offer an exchange for equal or greater value of the item purchased.

All items being exchanged must be received within 8 business days of receipt of the item. Jewelry must be in original condition with original packaging. Please send an email to ashleyjayjewelry@icloud.com with the subject line "exchange" before starting the return. Exchanges must be emailed before we can honor and start the process. The customer is responsible for safe handling and return shipping as well as the shipping cost for the new item.

All Custom orders are final.

Please contact us as soon as possible if any items are damaged upon receipt.
