Each wing is outlined by hand with a  black pigment into 1 of 3 varieties of wings - this pair's is Heart Flutter. These beauties are filled with glitter that has been hand placed between layers of resin, and topped with a special matte finish that creates a frosted, stained glass kind of effect.
